Review Reward Terms

We built our product to make a real difference in your daily routine, and we’d rather reward our customers for sharing their real experiences than spend that budget on big ad agencies.

The Rewards

  • 10% Cashback Reward: Submit a verified written review after trying your order.
  • 30% Cashback Reward (up to $30 AUD): Submit a qualified 15–30 second video review showing the product in action.

Video Review Checklist (For 30% Cashback)

Your video doesn't need to look like a Hollywood movie—just a clean, honest clip filmed on your phone! To qualify, please make sure it ticks these boxes:

  • Length & Format: 15 to 30 seconds long, filmed vertically (9:16 phone format) in a well-lit space.
  • Show It in Action: Show the product unpacked, set up in your space, and working (unboxing-only clips or still photos don't count as a video review).
  • Clear Voice, No Music: Speak clearly on camera or record a clear voiceover. Please ensure there is no background music, radio, or TV playing, and no app watermarks (like TikTok or CapCut).
  • What to Cover (15–30 secs):
    • Why you got it / what routine you wanted to improve.
    • A quick demo of how you actually use it.
    • Your honest thoughts after trying it out!

How to Claim

  1. Use It First: Test your order for at least 7 days so you can share a genuine experience.
  2. Leave Your Review: Submit your written or video review via the review request link sent to your email (or directly on our product page).
  3. Email Us to Claim: Reply to your order confirmation email (or message us via our Contact page) with your Order Number to let us know you'd like to claim your 10% or 30% Review Reward. (If your video file is too large for the review form, you can attach it directly to your email).
  4. Get Paid: Once we verify your review meets the guidelines above, we’ll refund 10% or 30% directly back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

The Fine Print

  • 100% Honest Feedback: Your review must be your genuine experience—whether 5 stars, constructive, or critical. Your star rating does not affect your reward eligibility.
  • Reward Calculation: Cashback rewards (10% for written, or 30% up to $30 AUD for video) are calculated on the purchase price paid and refunded directly to your original payment method.
  • One Reward Per Order: Written and video reward tiers cannot be combined (maximum 30% / $30 AUD total cashback per order).
  • Returns: If you claim a Review Reward and later return your item under our return policy, the reward amount already paid out will be deducted from your final return refund so total refunds do not exceed 100% of the original purchase price.
  • Sharing Rights: By submitting a video review for a reward, you grant us permission to feature and repost your video on our website, emails, and social media channels.
