Everything you need to know to set up and use your alarm.

Main Alarm
- Set the alarm in Alarm/Jump Edit Mode.
- When the alarm goes off, either complete your jump count or press snooze for five minutes.
- When the second alarm goes off after the snooze, you must complete the jump count to switch the alarm off.
Test Alarm (recommended for first-time use)
- Hold the bottom button for five seconds—a 30-second countdown timer will start.
- You can skip to exit the alarm, or press the bottom button to exit during the countdown or when the buzzer goes off.
Lights, Check jump/alarm time and enable/disable alarm
- Top Button — Press to cycle the light between off, on, and dim.
- Middle Button — Press to cycle through the alarm and jump settings (view only; this will not edit them).
- Bottom Button — Press to enable or disable the alarm. The middle semicolon flashes when the alarm is enabled, and the screen shows “ALON” (Alarm On) or “ALOF” (Alarm Off).
Time Edit Mode
- Hold the top button for five seconds to enter Time Edit Mode.
- Press the top button to adjust the hour, the bottom button to adjust the minute, and the middle button to exit.
Alarm/Jump Edit Mode
- Hold the middle button for five seconds to enter Alarm Edit Mode.
- Press the top button to adjust the hour, the bottom button to adjust the minute, and the middle button to move to Jump Edit Mode.
- Press the top and bottom buttons to increase and decrease the jump count, respectively, then press the middle button to exit.
Optional Alarm Mode
Use this if you want a normal alarm clock or prefer to keep the skipping requirement optional. It works the same as the main alarm, but after the snooze, you can also press a button to switch it off directly.
- Hold all three buttons for five seconds—“ALOP” (Alarm Optional) appears on the screen, and a dot appears next to the last digit.
- Hold all three buttons again for five seconds—“ALFO” (Alarm Forced) appears on the screen, and the dot disappears.
STEP 1

Set it the night before
Choose your alarm time and jump count. Check that the middle semicolon is flashing; it remains steady when the alarm is disabled.
STEP 2

The alarm goes off
1. Start skipping immediately; the alarm will pause once you begin.
2. Press any button for a five-minute snooze, then start skipping at any time. (You only get one snooze.)
STEP 3

Pick up the rope, power up and skip
1. Power on the rope by holding the black power button for three seconds.
2. Check that the screen is flashing, which indicates that the rope and alarm are connected.
3. Complete your jump count. The screen will count down to zero as you jump.
